Food Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in participating in the first annual Squeal on the Eel Festival. The festival will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Riverside Park in Logansport, Indiana from 10 a.m to 10:30 p.m.

 

Festival setup for vendors will be from noon-10 p.m. on Friday, June 16. Police will be present overnight on June 16 and 17.

 

Space Rental
• Lots are rented in 10x20-ft. sections for $100 each.
• Additional 10x10-ft. spaces can be rented for $50.
• 110v power hookup fee: $10.

• 220v power hookup fee (if available): $20.
 

Required Information
Applications are due no later than May 19, 2023 and must include the following:

 

• What you are selling, including a menu if available
• Exact size requirements for your setup, including hitch and awnings
• List whether you have a trailer or a tent
• If selling food, YOU MUST have an approved temporary food permit from the Cass County Board of Health . The fee is $20, which must be paid to the Cass County Health Department. This document is included in the downloadable application below.
• Copy of proof of insurance
• Signed contract/application and all rental fees must be received by April 30, 2023. Make checks or money orders payable to “Emmaus Mission Center.”

Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the first annual Squeal on the Eel Festival. We want to create a space for local businesses, artisans, clothing and general merchandise vendors, and organizations wanting to raise awareness for their causes, to come together and support our community.

 

Festival setup for vendors is from Noon to 10 p.m. on Friday, June 16. Police will be present overnight on June 16 and 17. (Use your best judgment on what you leave onsite overnight).

 

Space Rental
• You keep what you earn, and all we ask is a $60 deposit that will go towards local charities! You will receive one 10’x10’ area with your $60 deposit.

• If you would like additional space, just let us know and be prepared to pay an additional $60 deposit for each 10’x10’ area you request.

• We recommend you bring extension cords, your table set up, chairs, a tent or whatever your unique situation calls for.

What we need from you?

1) What you are selling: arts, crafts, merchandise, clothing, etc.

2) Exact size requirements for your setup, including hitch and awnings (10x20, 10x20 + 10x10, etc.)

3) List whether you have a trailer or a tent

4) Download, complete and sign the contract below

5) Deadline for submission is May 15.
